Chef Fabio Haebel brings creativity and hospitality shaped by kitchens and markets around the world.

At XO Seafoodbar, the sea is always in season. We serve the finest seafood, sustainably sourced fish, fresh fruits, herbs and vegetables from our own garden and dairy products locally sourced. You’ll find classics like oysters with fresh horseradish, seasonally spiced crudo, mussels from the Kiel Fjord and of course our signature Pasta Krabbe.

XO Seafoodbar is a French bistro at heart, rooted in the rhythm of the sea. In winter, it’s warm bowls of mussels, rich sauces, and a glass that keeps the cold away.
